Learning Disabilities

Supporting adults with Learning Disabilities is at the heart of everything we do. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether they require low-level support or more intensive 24-hour care. We understand that learning disabilities affect people in different ways, and we take time to build trust, understand communication preferences (whether it be with the use of such aids as Makaton, P.E.C.S etc). These preferences will be clearly stated with any person centered care planning and adequate training will also be procured and provided as necessary.

At Blue Sky Living Ltd, we aim to develop comprehensive care plans that promote independence, choice, and an individual’s self-esteem. 

 

N.B we accept referrals from Local Authorities inclusive of top-ups, Private organisation’s, CHC funding, Private referrals, self-funding, direct payments, Transitional Teams, Mental Health funding.

 

Blue Sky Living Ltd are unable to support those with prolonged sight loss and physical disabilities or those who require oxygen or ventilator care.
