At Blue Sky Living Ltd, our team is the heart of everything we do.  We are proud to have a diverse, skilled, and compassionate group of professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to adults with Learning Disabilities, metal health diagnosis and acute hospital discharge, As well as our care and support services offered within the local community.

Our staff are carefully selected not just for their qualifications and experience, but for their empathy, patience, and commitment to person-centred practice. From support workers to senior managers, everyone shares a common goal: to empower individuals to live a safe, fulfilling, and independent life.

 

Our team includes:

• Trained Support Workers experienced in learning disability care, autism support, personal care, and community engagement, de-escalation techniques (Team Teach)

• Shift Leaders and Senior Support Staff who provide guidance, mentorship, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• A Registered Manager with in-depth knowledge of care regulations, safeguarding, and service quality

• Visiting Qualified Nurse, attending daily to oversee medication administration and clinical needs

• Visiting social worker, attending to oversee good practice

• HR representation and consultant

• Therapeutic Support Professionals, including PBS-trained staff and those skilled in trauma-informed care

• Administrative and Compliance Staff, ensuring the service runs smoothly, transparently, and in line with CQC standards

• Maximus Employability and back to work coaches.

All staff undergo robust induction, enhanced DBS checks, and continuous professional development, including training in:
